Standard ball transfer table 2000x2000 with throughway flap
A transport line for modules, laminates and glass sheets, made to your wishes. By individually adapting our conveying technologies to your needs, your production line is characterised by fault-free transport routes and guaranteed stable and reliable processes.
Manual transport of glass sheets and laminates, and framed modules when transport is with the "sunny side down". The surface of the table is either equipped with ball or roller strips and if necessary can also be equipped with a throughway flap. In some cases the strips are adjustable and can therefore be used for different module sizes.
Automatic transport of glass sheets and laminates, and framed modules when transport is with the "sunny side down". They modules are transported by timing belt conveyors. The lane width, the support height, the conveying direction and the number of belts vary for each conveyor belt.
Automatic transport of glass sheets and laminates, and framed modules when transport is with the "sunny side down". An integrated lift-out on ball transfer rollers / rollers for inward and outward transfer to/from the line or the transfer from manual transport to automatic transport and vice versa. Requesting via buttons.
Automatic transport of module batches around a 90° corner or separation of modules from batches inline. Available as a double cross-conveyor for manual removal or with cross-ejection and driven roller conveyors with pneumatic lift-out.
Automatic transport of glass sheets and laminates, and framed modules when transport is with the "sunny side down". 90° turning of the modules and subsequent conveying further with changed module orientation. Can be set up in combination with a corner transfer as a backend or frontend version.
Manual or automatic turning of glass and laminates and framed modules through 180° (by arrangement, including frameless modules with junction box). For automatic flipper stations, the junction boxes and cables (if present) must be fixed on the module to prevent them getting caught in the turning station.
A forklift truck lowers the glass pallets onto the loading table, leaves the protection zone and the system is started. A 2-axis system moves over the pallet (electrical X-axis, pneumatic Z-axis), grips the top pane with vacuum suction cups. The pane is bent slightly to prevent adhesion forces, air is blown through nozzles between the top pane and the glass sheet below it. The Z-axis moves into the top end position and then the X-axis moves into the placing above the conveyor belt. Fully or semi-automatic glass loading available.
The options for conveying laminates range from the 4-lane timing belt conveyors, to conveyor sections in SEL and LEL direction, through to timing belt conveyors with integrated corner transfer. The conveying of laminates can be matched to your needs by individual adjustments to the dimensions.
