The MiniTec standard profiles are ideal for compressed air supply. Commercially available connections can be used simply and flexibly without special connection components. Our portfolio includes pneumatic connection plates, closure plugs, closure plates, quick-action couplings and pneumatic lifting units including a double-acting pneumatic cylinder and thus offers everything necessary for the clean and visually appealing installation of compressed air technology.
The pneumatic connection plates are made of aluminum in a die-casting process and are subsequently processed by means of a powder coating to ensure resistance to external influences. They are used to close hollow chamber ends and to connect pneumatic connections. Thus compressed air can be supplied or removed from the profiles. All MiniTec standard profiles can be used as a single or multiple chamber system. All standard round chamber profiles can be used as a compressed air line. The air extraction is possible at any point.
Our brass plugs as well as our nickel-plated brass quick-release coupling can be mounted directly on our profile surfaces, as well as the pneumatic locking and connection plate or the pneumatic lifting unit with cylinder. The pneumatic connection plate is fastened with the mounting material from the scope of supply to the profile groove, whereas the pneumatic flap is placed directly on the sealing plate or screwed on. The sealing plugs for sealing profile chambers are made of brass and are securely screwed in using a sealing tape.
